At Siete Aguas you can practise most commmon mountain sports like senderism or climb small obstacles. Also you can ride every mountain vehicle like mountain bike, quad, 4 x 4, trial motorbikes... there are some groups afiliated to this sports and it's easy to contact them through the town hall.
