Siete Aguas is situated on the mountain
step dividing La Hoya de Buñol region from the Meseta de
Requena (Meseta means altiplanicie).
El relief is very rough, irregular andy montainous.
The few plane zones are located to the west and are a prolongation
of the Meseta de Requena.
On the northern zone are growing up some mountain
chains from northwest to southest. By the northwest we see Santa
María chain and El Tejo peak, with aproximately 1.200 meters
(Peñarrubia 977 m., el Alto del Malén 1.037 m. and
the Santa María 1.137 m.), likewise the Sierra de La Cabrera.
By the south, and setting the natural limit of
Buñol region, the Sierra de Malacara raises, with a calcary
relief of more than 1.100 meters of altitude, formed by cretaceous
materials and a peak of about 1.118 m (Nevera Peak). The other
two mountain chains have iberic orientation and are very rich
on fossils.
